In the meantime, send us an e-mail with your name, address, phone number, the sport or sports that you're interested in and when you'll be visiting Cape Cod and we'll get back with you to make arrangements as soon as possible. To get a head start, fill out the Questionnaire and the Waiver and send them to us as soon as you can.
